In depth classes of asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing exercises), kriyas (cleansing methods), meditation techniques and therapeutic yoga.


The asana class can vary from hatha, hatha flow or power yoga depending on TTC level.


Theory classes of meditation, yoga philosophy and anatomy can I gladly offer If requested.

The asanas (depending on class level and/or personal need) can vary from hatha, hatha flow or power yoga to therapeutic yoga (inter alia slipped disc, neck and back pain issues).

An internet conection is required as well as an application such aas Skype, WhatsApp etc.
